How do I create a reservation?

Once registered and logged in, view "Today's Schedule". While viewing the schedule page, use the "Jump To" calendar at the top of the page to go to the calendar day of your desired reservation. In the column of your choice click on an open time you wish to schedule.

 
  1. On the page your taken to do the following:

  1. Enter an end time."
  2. Review the rest of the information and make any changes needed.
  3. Click "Make Reservation"

How do I change my reservation?

Use the "Jump To" calendar to go to the calendar page for the date of your scheduled reservation. When viewing the schedule page for that day, click directly on your reservation to view your reservation details. Choose the "Edit This Reservation" link, make the necessary changes, and confirm them by clicking "Edit Reservation".

How do I cancel my reservation?  

Use the "Jump To" calendar to go to the calendar page for the date of your scheduled reservation, click directly on your reservation to view your reservation details. Choose the "Delete Reservation" link then click "Yes" to confirm your decision to cancel the reservation.

Why do I need a password?

Passwords are used in conjunction with an individual's chosen username to ensure that only the person who created a reservation can modify or cancel it. This password along with your username will be used by you each time you login, please be sure you choose something easily remembered.

What if I forget my password?

Go to the Forgotten Password page, and enter either your email address or user name. A new password will be emailed to you.

How do I change my password?

How is the reservation confirmed?

Reservations are confirmed in two ways. First, you will be taken to a screen showing your reservation details if you completed the scheduling process correctly. From that page you will also be able to confirm your reservation by clicking on the "View This Reservation" link which will then show you your reservation on the calendar. Secondly, upon completion of the reservation procedure a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.

Will I receive a reminder of my reservation?

This feature is included in the online scheduling service but you must request a reminder in order to receive one. To do this, simply click the "Request a Reminder" button shown on the reservation details page immediately following the reservation form. Reminders may be scheduled to be sent one or more days prior to your reservation. Same day reminders are not yet available.

Why is there an end time?

It is important that reservations have strictly defined start and end times in order to accommodate as many users as possible.
