You made a typing error when entering either the username or password. Please re-enter them.

Your chosen username and/or password was already taken by another user. Please choose an alternative.
- Select the "Tools" menu
- Select "Internet Options"
- Select the "Security" tab
- Click on the "Custom Level" box
- Scroll down to the "Cookies" section
- Click on the "enable" or "allow" box
- Lastly, click "OK" to complete the changes
All persons are required to create a user account before attempting to use this upgraded version of the Fine Cuts online scheduling service. To create your user account select the "Register" link at the top of the page, and complete the registration form. After creating a user account your future use of the online scheduling service will require only that you Log In with the username and password you chose while registering.

All previously registered users can access the online scheduling service by simply logging in. To do so, select the "Log In" link located at the top of the online schedule section start page and enter the username and password you chose during your registration process. By logging in you are able to make full use of this service.

Typically this occurs if the username and/or password you provided are invalid. Usernames and passwords can be invalid for several reasons:
If the problem cannot be resolved by your attempts to correct the above-mentioned issues it is possible that your web browser settings require adjustment.
Web browser adjustment: Use of the online scheduling service requires that your web browser to be set up to accept
"cookies."
These are either temporary or permanent files created by a website that store information about your identity and preferences when visiting that website.

Having completed this browser adjustment, please attempt to register again.

As with registering, this situation is typically the result of an invalid username or password being entered. Attempt to correct the situation as indicated in the preceding Why Can't I Register? section.

Go to the Forgotten Password page., and enter either your email address or user name. A new password will be emailed to you.
